Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the otso888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, GCash numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

All financial transactions on the otso888 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied to Philippine player accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods including GCash and Maya.

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and GrabPay are processed in real time and reflected in your account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any platform content without prior written consent from otso888.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, otso888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity interruptions beyond otso888's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

In all cases, otso888's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits otso888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

otso888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• A player is identified as being under the age of 21.
• A player's account is linked to suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under our responsible gaming framework.
• otso888 receives a directive from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority to restrict or close the account.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to otso888.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

In cases of termination for breach of these Terms, otso888 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation. Balances derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The platform operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, and any regulatory disputes shall be subject to PAGCOR's established dispute resolution procedures.

For player-facing disputes, otso888 operates an internal complaints resolution process. If you believe a game outcome, payment, or account decision was handled incorrectly, you should:

Any dispute not resolved through the above process may be referred to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with proper jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

otso888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made in response to new PAGCOR regulatory requirements, updates to Philippine law, changes to platform features or payment methods, or other operational reasons.

When material changes are made to these Terms, otso888 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification at next login. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the otso888 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
